Where can I pick my order?
If you select the pick option as your shipping method, you can pick your order from office at 5825 W. Corcoran, Chicago, IL 60644.

Who can pick my order?
Any person picking up an order MUST have a copy of their receipt and must sign for the items received. 

What is your return policy?
Please try on all items immediately, item can only return up to 30 days after purchase. There can be no visible sign that the item has been worn. Items can be return in store with a copy of receipt.

Can I purchase items at your store location?
All items are made to order, therefore, items must purchased online prior to picking up in store.

Why can't add anything to my cart?
Online Registration - To place an order online, you must register on the site prior to purchase.

How long before I receive items?
Once your order has been recieved, your order will be shipped in 5-7 business days, if you have selected the pick up option, your order will be ready in 3-5 business days.
